Requesting the creation of a Discord bot

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our service.
A payment is required for the creation of a bot, unless negotiated
The requested bot must be directed to be safe for work (SFW), a safe for work bot should not contain content that is illegal or directed to have content that involves info that should not be available to users under the average legal age.
Not safe for work (NSFW) bots will NOT be accepted, unless approved by an owner3, this type of bot does allow content that should not be available to users under the average legal age, but still cannot have content that is illegal.
If we1 decide to reject the requested bot, you2 cannot use this request for another bot.
We1 hold the right to remove/delete/decline the requested bot if necessary or requested by you2.
You2 hold the right to ask why your2 request has been rejected in the circumstance that it happens.
We1 are not in agreement to provide you2 a hoster, if the bot request requires data to be saved it is not liable to us1 to find a solution.
We1 will not provide a database in the instance that it is needed for the bot's function.
You2 are also agreeing to give us1 power to control or disable bot.
We1 have the right to request ownership of the bot due to any reason, this will be treated by case.
You2 are agreeing to provide us1 the token for the bot in the instance that it is reset.
The bot application must be created on your2 account, and you2 must provide us1 access for the bot to test and develop.
A deletion of a bot requires a payment of $50 USD, non-negotiable
If your2 bot is removed or deleted, you2 cannot request the creation of another bot.
The bot must follow Discord's Terms of Service, including no selfbot activity or creation of a command that acts as a selfbot, and no directly messaging all users of a group of users in a server.
We1 are not liable if you2 modify the bot's data that causes a loss in data or crash of the bot.
You2 can request improvements to the requested bot and will not require another bot request as long as the modification does not change the purpose of the bot.
Any help or questions should be directed to the owners3 or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
If we1 fail to respond or decide not to accept a request, we1 are not held liable.
All bots must be in the bot headquarters server at all times, a removal of the bot from the server by anyone other than us1 implies a fine of $50 USD. (This does not include server outages)
If you2 do not join the support server (Jonin Support), it will be used as a reason to reject a bot request.
If you2 leave the support server (Jonin Support), it implies that full control over the bot is given to us1.
If you2 are removed from the support server (Jonin Support) due to a break in the rules, it is implied that full control over the bot is given to us1.
If you2 do not join the bot headquarters server, it will be used as a reason to reject a bot request.
If you2 leave the bot headquarters server, it implies that full control over the bot is given to us1.
If you2 are removed from the bot headquarters server due to a break in the rules, it is implied that full control over the bot is given to us1.
You2 are agreeing to provide another means to contact you2 such as email or phone number, if it is found that the info given is false you2 will be fined $50 USD.
If you2 do not provide bot info such as bot name, bot profile picture, or bot description, we1 will reject the request.
Any break in the guidelines by you2 implies giving us1 full access to the bot, which includes removing your2 access from the bot.
The bot cannot be made to “nuke”/”raid” servers or deleting the contents of a server.
We1 hold the right to request the removal of your2 bot (does not require fine from guideline 14).
If it is found that the bot is being used for illegal purposes, it will be taken down by force and reported to authorities.
You2 are giving us1 access to track all actions by the bot including the content it sends, and the commands used by users.
Each command requires payment; this will be discussed when the bot is approved.
 The term “we” and “us” refers to all approved users of Jonin which is categorized as all
developers and moderators of Jonin
 The term “you” and “your” refers to you, the requester or the group requesting the addition
or modification of a bot
 The term “owner” refers to the following Discord users: Kurasad#2521 & Nina#3643
These guidelines are not open to be reused, to use these guidelines for your own purpose you
must contact Kurasad#2521 on Discord.
